Grant C. Schuette, CVA
Founder & Managing Director
Grant C. Schuette is the Founder and Managing Director of Ignition Financial Services. He is an experienced advisor to start ups and small-to-middle-market businesses, assisting in valuation services, mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, litigation support, and interim CFO services. Through these experiences, he has demonstrated a proficiency in financial analysis, valuation, deal structuring, and advanced modeling.
Grant is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) through the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA) and is an author of Exit on Top: Straightforward Advice for Cashing on the Full Value of Your Business.
Prior to founding Ignition, Grant was an investment banker with Piper Sandler Companies in their Financial Institution Group, providing services to middle-market depository banks in the Northeast, Southeast, Texas. He also served as lead financial analyst at the Oxford Center for Entrepreneurs providing sell-side mergers and acquisitions advisory for founder-owned businesses. Grant is an alumnus of Georgia State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Administration degree in Finance.
